Who are we?

The Western Canada Chapter of the International Society of Explosive Engineers is a non-profit organization that represents the blasting industry in Western Canada. Our mission is to provide education, training and support through scholarships and grants to blasters. The Chapter developed and continuously updates a "Best Practices Guide for Close Proximity Blasting Operations".

Membership to the ISEE Western Canada Chapter is open to anyone in the drilling and blasting industry, including blasters, educators, manufacturers and governing bodies. It provides you with a wealth of information, through forums and seminars, as well as resources, and networking and training opportunities.
